How to Return an Item

We'll send you a Return Authorization Number (RMA) and detailed instructions. Please keep this number handy—you'll need to include it with your return.

Step 3: Pack It Up

Securely package your item in its original condition with all accessories, manuals, and packaging materials included.

Step 4: Ship It Back

Send the package back to us using a trackable shipping method. You'll cover the return shipping cost unless we made an error with your order.

Step 5: We'll Take Care of the Rest

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund or exchange right away.
